Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing All products are custom made-to-order through Printify. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping begins.

2. Shipping Times (Estimated)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high demand periods.

3. Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers depending on the print provider and destination.

4. Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Lost Packages

• Domestic (US): Report within 1 week after 30 calendar days from estimated delivery
• International: Report within 1 week after 45 calendar days from estimated delivery

Please verify your delivery address and check with your local post office before contacting us.

6. Incorrect Address We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

7. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
